Printed in sheets of 120.

These stamps are often badly centered and with very rough perforations, since the perforation pins were blunted.

Only two cancellations are known on the first issue: A02 and A18.

Changes of Administration

Antigua became independent in 1967. Barbuda (first issue 1922) is a dependency of Antigua and both joint and individual stamps have been issued since 1981.
