Zil Elwannyen Sesel (aka Zil Eloigne Sesel 1880-82, Zil Elwagne Sesel thereafter) comprises the Outer Seychelles islands which include Aldabra, Coetivy, Farquhar and the Des Roches Islands. From 1965 until 1876, some of these were part of British Indian Ocean Territory but were then returned to Seychelles control.
