This is published quarterly for the benefit of the members. It contains articles, letters, comments, reports, suggestions and anything else related to collecting philatelic first issues.

Please contact the Editor if you wish to submit an article. Please contact the Secretary if you wish to purchase back issues of First Issues at $7 per volume (4 issues), or $2 per issue. A complete run of First Issues is available for $10 on a USB drive or Drop Box for current members.
